Former fiction editor of Bella, Woman’s Weekly and Woman and Home, Linda has been writing fiction all her life, mostly for children and young adults.
A regular on the WI circuit, giving lectures on writing fiction, Linda lives in Kent and is a keen member of her local drama group. Directing and acting take up a lot of her time – she has been given the onerous task of writing the Christmas pantomimes – but she still needs to cope with a large garden, two ponds and keeping in touch with friends scattered all over the world.
Her love of romance and the endearing characters of Jane Austen’s Pride & Prejudice, has resulted in what she hopes will be a series of books that take us forward to the next generation.
